At All Things Nativ, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
    • Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
    • Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds are not applicable to:
    • Perishable items that have been opened or consumed.
    • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
    • Clearance or promotional sale items, unless found defective.

How to Request a Refund

  3. Return Shipping: Approved items must be shipped back to the address provided in our confirmation email. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
